Suggested dosage: Vitamin C has a shelf life in the body that only lasts so long. They usually say around 1000mg 2-3 times daily - every 4 hours when under the weather.
Note: Vitamin C is water soluble, so taking too much is nearly impossible. What your body doesn't need, it gets rid of in the urine. However, taking too much can cause stomach upset. Always check with your Dr.; too much can cause loose stool and might affect cancer treatments.
