Great company and a great product. It is a little more than the other brands but still a good option. It's an ascorbic acid form of vitamin C with bioflavonoids that help absorption.  

 

Liposomal Vitamin C  is a little more pricey and good for when you feel something coming on, for travel, or when you are around many people. If you can afford these all the time, great. If not, you can rotate is with other forms of vitamin C. We have a whole blog post on this link here.

This one tastes great and is easy on the digestive system. I love the price point and quality.

 

Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C by LivOn Laboratories

This one can travel with you. This type of vitamin C is complex to find super affordable versions. This one is not too bad. Note that you do have to mix this one with water; some people like it some do not. But you can feel it working well. 

 

Liposomal Vitamin C by Designs for Health

This product works well, and the company has excellent standards and practices. 

 

Cymbiotika Liposomal Vitamin C

These are pricey. The packages are great for on-the-go and travel, and they add in biotin. If you have the budget for these, they work well. I would mainly use these for trips. Erewhon also has one similar to this for around the same price. 

 

Astragalus is an adaptogen root with a long history in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It has been shown to have anti-viral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and immune-modulating properties and may even help with upper respiratory infections. You see it added to a lot of supplement blends,  it can be taken on its own as well. It may also help with stress and has been shown to help with cardiovascular effects.
